- ***Deposit for rental period is non-refundable unless another renter is “found” prior to rental period
- ***E-transfer is preferred for payment or by mail to: 690 Ofield Rd., North, Waterdown ON L8B 1G5
Limitations of liability (required – as per our insurance company policy and for our mutual protection): I (we) – renters, represent, warrant, acknowledge and agree with the owners that the cottage and it’s facilities will be used in accordance with the conditions outlined in this agreement, and that I (we) do so at our own risk and that I (we), on behalf of any and all persons occupying and/or visiting the cottage and property during the rental period, indemnify and save the owners harmless from any personal injury, sickness or death, loss or damage, however caused, to person or property of the renters, his or her family or guests during or after the occupancy. Furthermore, I (we) accept full responsibility for the use of the cottage, furnishings and equipment that is included with the cottage and agree to pay any direct or indirect expenses, repairs to the cottage if damaged or repairs or replacement of lost or damaged furnishings or equipment, other than normal wear.
